Hello, I am Ana Álvarez, a native of Madrid who arrived here almost 20 years ago and fell in love with the sea.
The house I rent used to be my habitual residence. I was very happy there and now I am filled with joy at being able to share this unique and wonderful space with more people.
I am personally in charge of managing the rental of the property. I have lovingly renovated it and my goal is to make each guest's stay unforgettable.
Although I like to respect my guests' independence, I am always available to welcome you in person if you wish, help with anything you need, and offer my advice and recommendations about Lanzarote.

How to get there
Driving in Lanzarote is quite easy. From both the airport and the capital, Arrecife, you just need to follow the signs for the northern highway, towards Órzola (LZ -1). Turn off at the Guatiza exit and take the first road on the right, which has a sign for Los Cocoteros.
Once in Los Cocoteros, you just have to go along the coast and you will find the house right at the end of the street next to the sea.
